• How do we reserve our date? Your date is reserved once the contract is signed and the retainer is received.

• What is your minimum for full-service wedding florals? Full-service floral design begins at $1,500.

• When is the final payment due? Final payment is due 14 days before your wedding date.

• Do you offer à la carte wedding flowers? Yes—à la carte is best for couples who want personal flowers and select small pieces without full-service event styling.

• Is à la carte available for pickup or delivery? Yes—choose pickup or delivery; delivery fees may apply based on location and timing.

• Do you offer rentals to enhance the design? Yes—select rentals are available, including pedestals, vessels, candlelight, and table runners.

• Do you offer unique event photo ops or styling? Yes—an Antique 1830 Ladies Phaeton Carriage is available for select dates as a photo moment, styled seating vignette, stationary styling feature, or DIY flower bar centerpiece.

• Can you recreate a Pinterest photo exactly? I use inspiration to align on style and overall feel; designs are inspired by your references rather than replicated exactly due to seasonality and natural variation.

• What if a specific flower isn’t available? I’ll make thoughtful substitutions within your palette and style to protect the overall look and quality.

• Do you deliver and set up? Full-service weddings include delivery and professional setup/installation as outlined in your proposal.

• What areas do you serve, and do you travel? I’m based in the Shenandoah Valley and regularly serve Charlottesville and surrounding areas; travel is available for weddings with additional fees to cover travel time and costs.

• Can we make changes after booking? Yes—most designs evolve as details are finalized; I’ll confirm a timeline for final counts and details so everything can be sourced and scheduled smoothly.

• Are you insured? Yes—I’m fully insured, and a certificate of insurance (COI) is available upon request.
